OCTOBER 30 - 12th Annual 5K Skeleton Run for Your Bones - Amherst Steele High School, MLS Theatre Company, 450 Washington Ave., Amherst, OH 44001. Scare up a good time at the 12th Annual Skeleton Run for Your Bones at Amherst Steele High School! The 1/4 mile Silly Bone Run starts at 8:45 am, followed by the 1-mile Funny Bone Run at 9:15 am, and the 5k race starts at 9:30 am. Race day registration begins at 8:00 am. Cash prizes will be awarded to overall male and female runners, and medals will be distributed to top three runners in each age group. Long sleeve tech shirts will be given to the first 400 paid 5K participants and short sleeve shirts will go to the first 100 paid 1-mile runners. Wear your best Halloween costume, and you could win great prizes! Post-race food and refreshments will be available.
